Teen Vogue is one of my favorite magazines, I loved what Lucy Hale wore on her photo shoot for the Teen Vogue February 2011 Issue. Its not something you see every day and the colors combined are perfect! I don't usually wear colors I stick to black and basic colors, but these outfits are very alive and out there & the accessories used perfect them! Dying for the leopard printed pants, match them up with a simple top, simple accessories & heels and you're good to go!
